Scoreboard terms of use
These terms apply to every scoreboard app published by Lidbit Ltd on Google Play. Each one keeps score and runs tournaments for a different sport, and they share the same terms. By downloading or using one of our apps you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where the law expressly allows it.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Your content
Anything you enter — player names, matches, tournaments, scores — stays on your device. It is yours, we do not receive it, and we make no claim to it. Since we hold no copy, we cannot recover it if you lose your device or uninstall the app. Back up your device if that data matters to you.
Pro subscription
The apps are free to use and supported by advertising. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads, unlocks unlimited tournaments and shows your full statistics history.
- Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. The price is shown on the purchase screen before you buy and varies by country.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and Pro remains active until that period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is lost when you subscribe.
We may change subscription pricing. Where an increase affects an existing subscription, Google will notify you and ask you to accept it before it takes effect, and you can cancel instead.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, not by us. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Advertising
The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. What is collected in connection with those ads, and how to limit it, is described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or withdraw an app or any of its features. We aim to keep the apps working but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error free.
Liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data held only on your device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
The apps keep score for informal play. They are not an official scoring or officiating system, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any match, tournament or dispute decided using them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EEA, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
